Tylenol Lawsuit | Tylenol Side Effects
The attorneys at Capretz & Associates are reviewing cases involving patients who took the brand name, over-the-counter pain medicine Tylenol® (acetaminophen) and experienced liver damage, liver failure or death within one week of ingestion.
The attorneys allege that Tylenol’s product packaging failed to adequately state the potentially deadly consequences users may suffer, such as liver damage and liver failure, when exceeding the recommended dose. The recommended daily dose of Tylenol may be exceeded by taking just one additional pill, potentially placing unaware users at risk of serious injury.
Contact Capretz & Associates, if you or someone you know experienced any of the following within one week of Tylenol ingestion:

- Liver transplant or placement on liver transplant waiting list
